Lost & Found Policies

📍

Drop-Off Location

All found items should be delivered to the Solon High School Main Office, located at 33600 Inwood Dr, Solon, OH 44139. Office hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM on school days.

📅

Retention & Donation

Unclaimed items are held through the school year. Items not claimed by the end of the school year are donated to a Cleveland-area clothing bank, such as Joseph House Clothing Bank, so they can help others in the community. Electronics are kept for an extended period. Claim yours as soon as possible.

🔒

Privacy & Security

We protect finder and claimer information. Personal contact details are never displayed publicly. Items with sensitive information (IDs, credit cards) are handled directly by office staff and not listed online.

Proof of Ownership

When claiming an item, be prepared to describe unique identifying features — marks, stickers, contents, or any other detail that proves ownership. Staff may ask for a school ID at pickup.
